OUR FOUNDERS

In Search of The Perfect Cheese Pairing

Our founders found their passion for baking in a simple sourdough cracker that they would whip up for friends. To this day, their products are made with the same attention to detail & quality since the very beginning.

Our first flatbread crackers were produced in a commercial bakery space behind a wine bar which was quickly taken over and turned into a café where we continue to serve coffee, baked goods and salads accompanied with flatbread crackers.

What’s Behind Our Baked Goods?

Experience and consistency. We’ve been using the same sourdough starter for our flatbreads since our business began. Others might source their crème fraîche, but we make ours in small batches, every week with ingredients supplied by local dairies.
